1. delivery time
The delivery time for standard shipments within Germany is up to 48-72 hours, to the European Union up to 7 working days and to countries outside the European Union up to 7-10 working days and begins with the payment method invoice upon receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. These delivery times apply to orders received by us before 11:00 a.m. (CET). The delivery time for JOBE articles is 7-14 days within Germany and up to 21 days outside Germany.
The promised delivery time for shipments abroad is subject to speedy customs clearance in the country of destination. Force majeure or operational disruptions occurring at the seller or its suppliers, such as riots, strikes, lockouts, which temporarily prevent the seller from delivering the object of purchase within the specified deadlines through no fault of its own, shall change these deadlines by the duration of the performance disruptions caused by these circumstances.
2. logistics partners
The items ordered will be packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner UPS ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by UPS.
3. shipment tracking
You can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time at www.ups.de using your parcel ID/shipment number. You will receive further information on shipment tracking in your delivery confirmation email or from our customer service team.
