A. RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
Returning or exchanging items:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. The costs for the return shipment will be borne by the buyer.

B. REFUND
After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the full purchase amount according to the selected payment method.
In the case of the gift voucher payment method, a new gift voucher of the same original value will be issued.
Depending on the processing time of your payment service provider, the refund may take up to 10 working days.
C. IMPORTANT NOTES
Please note that returned items will only be accepted in their original condition. This includes the original packaging and all labels. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return. If items are already worn/used, soiled, damaged or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and send the items back to you. In such cases, the buyer shall bear the delivery costs of the return shipment.
