Gift Cards
A. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE GIFT CARDS
1. Validity
Our BRABUS gift cards have an indefinite period of validity and are valid for the entire assortment on www.shop.brabus.com. They cannot be returned or paid out.
2. Higher or lower purchase value
The voucher amount updates after each use. If the total value of the order is less than the voucher value, the remaining voucher amount can be redeemed at a later date of your choice. If the purchase value exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid with any other payment method.
3. Combination of gift cards
It is not possible to combine gift cards.
When using the gift card payment method, the refund will be made by issuing a new gift card. The amount of the new gift card is equal to the amount of the old gift card.
B. REDEEMING THE GIFT VOUCHER
1. Directly during the order process
In the checkout process you will find the field "Enter gift voucher code". After you have successfully entered your 20-digit code, the voucher amount will automatically be included in the total amount in the shopping cart. If you do not want to redeem your voucher, you can still click on the "X" in the price listing before completing the order.
